This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and restrictions for use of Aveni’s Services and is incorporated by reference into the Agreement between you and Aveni. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Agreement between you and Aveni.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree on behalf of yourself, your Authorised Users and your clients, that you will not use the Services in any way that breaches this policy.

You shall not conduct or publish benchmark tests, performance comparisons, or competitive analyses of the Services without Aveni’s prior written consent.
4. Human Review and Decision Oversight
The Services may not be used to make fully automated decisions based wholly or partly on the processing of any special category data. If the Services are used to make fully automated decisions based on the processing of any other personal data, you must ensure adequate safeguards are in place, in compliance with applicable legal frameworks, including but not limited to the UK GDPR.
5. Use of the Services for regulatory and compliance purposes
You may not rely on any output from the Services as a substitute for legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Outputs may contain factual inaccuracies or omit relevant context. Any use of Outputs in legal, compliance, or regulatory settings must be independently reviewed by qualified personnel, and you remain solely responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency.
6. End user notifications
Where your own clients interact with the Services, you are responsible for ensuring that they are aware they are interacting with AI systems and/or receiving AI generated content. You must not misrepresent this as human-generated content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your clients are aware that the Services are for informational purposes only and do not provide any investment or regulatory advice.
6. Breach of the Policy
Breach of this policy is a breach of the Agreement between you and Aveni. Aveni reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you, or your Authorised Users or clients, breach this policy
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulatory requirements, or operational practices. Updates will be effective upon posting a revised version at this URL or as otherwise communicated to you. Continued use of the Services following notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If a material change is made that, in Aveni’s reasonable judgment, adversely affects you, Aveni will provide reasonable advance notice.
