Lonsdale Services Boosts Efficiency with Aveni’s AI, Saving Time for Advisers and Customers

09 December  2025 – Edinburgh, UKIndependent Financial Advisers, Lonsdale Services has deployed Aveni Assist, an AI automation platform from AI Fintech Aveni, across its wealth management team, resulting in hundreds of hours saved each month and the ability to share information with customers quicker.  

Lonsdale introduced Aveni Assist as part of a wider programme to utilise technology to remove administrative constraints for financial advisers and allow more time for customer engagement. With the ability to immediately capture, transcribe and summarise customer meetings to create complete and compliant records with bespoke suitability reports customer communications are quicker and more consistent than ever. Transcriptions can be used to generate suitability reports and customer follow-ups. The platform has been rolled out to 19 financial advisers across the firm, replacing manual note-taking and paper-based processes.

By automating key stages of the advice process, Aveni Assist helps Lonsdale deliver faster, more accurate, and more transparent communications to clients. Meeting summaries and suitability reports are now turned around rapidly, improving responsiveness and trust.

Before Aveni’s deployment, creating a suitability report could take up to two and a half hours. With Aveni Assist this process has been reduced by 87%, to around 20 minutes, freeing up adviser capacity and improving turnaround times for customers. 

Additionally, Lonsdale has worked closely with Aveni to shape the development of new functionality, including automating and streamlining Letter of Authority functionality.
