Aveni is delighted to announce we’ve won the Scottish Financial Technology Awards 2022 in the RegTech Innovation category for our Auto QA technology.
The awards, organised by Digit and part of FinTech Scotland’s FinTech Festival 2022, are designed to celebrate the development of the Scottish Financial Technology ecosystem.
On picking up the award, Joseph Twigg, CEO, Aveni commented, “It has been an incredible evening recognising the innovation and talent driving the Scottish FinTech industry. We were delighted to be picked as finalists along side three other companies: Lovet Compliance, DirectID and Encompass Corporation, who are doing some extraordinary things in the RegTech space. To actually win the award is testament to a huge team effort and I’m proud to have the chance to give full recognition to the talented and amazing people that are the heart and soul of Aveni!”
Aveni’s Auto QA technology allows Financial Services firms to automatically machine assess every customer interaction. Our Machine Learning models then analyse the interaction to capture any risks such as conduct, complaints and customer vulnerability for example. High risk calls are then triaged to a human assessor for review and faster remedial action. Aveni’s Auto QA solution also enables significant productivity gains by automatically completing Quality Assurance forms for assessors direct from the customer voice.
This ‘Machine Line of Defence’ has huge implications for the Financial Services industry in light of tightening FCA regulations around Consumer Duty. It allows firms to put customers and their data at the heart of their operating models ensuring better consumer outcomes.
Aveni would like to congratulate Nicola Anderson, CEO FinTech Scotland who picked up the Special Recognition Award and Modulr who secured the FinTech of the Year award.
